2024 Malik Ware of Washington-Wilkes High School, GA, chose the Lee’s McRae Bobcat family as his destination to continue his education and basketball playing for the next 4 years! Mali k chose to play for Coach Steve Hardin and the Bobcat family over several other schools, citing the family atmosphere and team culture standing out as major factors in his decision. I can speak from experience about the family atmosphere and culture coming from up on top of Dunk Mountain! It’s a place for Malik will fit in nicely for sure!
Malik started playing with me on my NLPB Team Select family in April of 2023 during our Phenom Hoops AAU season at the Rise Center in Winston Salem and immediately made an impact with his 6’6″ athletic frame and his freakish athletic ability, displaying his ability to knock down long range three point baskets to finishing with above the rim dunks! Malik also displayed his ability to be a high number rebounder and rim protector, with several high rising blocks! Malik’s athletic ability will fit in very nicely for the Bobcat’s style of play up on the mountain! GameDay Recruiting is so proud of Malik and we can’t wait to make it to Dunk Mountain and watch him play! This is what we were striving for from our first phone call and messages in February 2023! Mission accomplished!!!
