October 2nd, 2023 will always be a very special day to Jackson Hobbs and his family! It marks the day that Jackson brought his childhood dream to the present day and made it a major piece in the Hobbs family memory bank! I had the honor and privilege to also coach Jackson this past spring and summer in AAU, as we competed almost every weekend from April til end of July in the Phenom Hoops circuit. While playing a very high level of competition each and every weekend, Jackson continually got better and better, which led to more and more attention from college coaches and universities. Jackson possesses a long, lengthy, athletic frame that will transfer over very effectively to the college level. The ability to shoot from long range, as well as finish high above the rim with dunks, Jackson will prove to be a welcomed addition to the Reinhardt Eagles and Head Coach Justin Newton.
